Terms and Conditions:

Welcome to Green Laundry Dubai! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services, including laundry, dry cleaning, and shoe cleaning services. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the following terms.


1. Service Agreement

By placing an order with Green Laundry, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Green Laundry reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Pick-up and Delivery

  • Green Laundry offers free pick-up and delivery for orders above AED 50. A nominal delivery fee will be charged for orders below this amount.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your preferred pick-up and delivery times, but we cannot guarantee exact timings due to potential traffic and logistical delays.
  • If no one is available at the delivery address during the agreed time, we will reschedule for a later time, and additional fees may apply.

3. Turnaround Time

  • Normal Service: Garments will be returned within 2 days.
  • Express Service: Garments will be returned the same day or the next day for an additional fee.
  • Shoe cleaning services generally take 2-3 days, but this may vary depending on the condition of the shoes.

4. Care for Garments and Shoes

  • We will take utmost care with your items; however, we are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions, such as color fading, fabric thinning, wear and tear, or manufacturer defects.
  • Green Laundry uses industry-standard practices for laundry, dry cleaning, and shoe cleaning. We follow care label instructions as closely as possible. If an item lacks a care label, we will clean it using our best judgment, but we will not be held responsible for any resulting damage.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

  • While we handle your items with the greatest care, in the unlikely event of a lost or damaged item, our liability shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item in question.
  • Any claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Items Not Collected

  • If items are not collected or delivered within 30 days, Green Laundry reserves the right to dispose of the items without further notice.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon delivery of your items. We accept cash on delivery, credit and debit cards, and online payments via our website or mobile app.
  • Failure to pay upon delivery may result in the refusal of future services until outstanding amounts are cleared.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your pick-up or delivery at no charge up to 3 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee.

9. Liability for Special Items

  • We are not liable for any damage or loss to items considered special or high value (e.g., designer garments, antique fabrics, or customized shoes), unless specifically agreed upon before cleaning.
  • For shoes, while we take extra care with specialty materials like leather or suede, we cannot guarantee the restoration of certain pre-existing conditions, such as excessive wear, scuffs, or stains that are ingrained in the fabric.

10. Eco-Friendly Practices

  • Green Laundry strives to use eco-friendly cleaning solutions and practices. While we are committed to sustainability, some specific garment or shoe cleaning processes may require alternative methods for effective results.

11. Force Majeure

  • Green Laundry is not responsible for delays or inability to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, accidents, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

12. Personal Items Left in Clothing

  • Please ensure all personal items (such as money, jewelry, or other valuables) are removed from garments before sending them for cleaning. Green Laundry is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal belongings left in the items.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes or claims related to our services will be subject to the laws and regulations of Dubai. Both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution to any issues. If this cannot be achieved, disputes will be handled in the Dubai Courts.

14. Changes to Terms

  • Green Laundry reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or mobile app.
